In 2015, Paul Nutcher co-hosted the Commercial Conversation podcast with Gary Parr, who was the editorial director of Commercial Architecture magazine at the time. The podcast provides news for architects, contractors and building owners about the design, construction and maintenance of commercial buildings and other construction industry-related topics.
The magazine had launched the podcast as a way to diversity its media offerings to readers and advertisers, either wanting information about the commercial building industry or a broader audience for messaging and reach into newer forms of media as podcasting was just starting to develop audiences at the time.
